course to pass the first part of the exam and take one of
our LEED AP Specialty Exam Prep Workshops to pass the second Specialty section.
It is highly recommended that you purchase the appropriate USGBC Reference Guide to prepare for the exam.
At the door registration will begin one half hour prior to the
workshop, only full Non-Member rates will be available the day of the
workshop. For more information regarding payments, credit card charges, or disputes, please contact Paul Buckman.
Workshop Description
Distinguish yourself with a LEED Credential
Join the momentum of the emerging green building movement and
distinguish yourself with the new LEED Associate credential. The LEED
Green Associate credential is for professionals who want to demonstrate
green building expertise in non-technical fields of practice. This
credential focuses on basic knowledge of green design, construction,
and operations.

time. Participants will receive an eligibility certificate to take the
LEED Green Associate exam upon completion of this course.
The workshop will focus on the key information necessary to pass the

About the Instructor, Alex Spilger
“Alex, our
five staffers that took your class have all taken the exam and passed.
We are 5 for 5. As the leader of our company, I knew the day was well
worth the investment when we finished up. But the results speak for
themselves. We can’t wait to get our feet wet in real world
applications. Thanks again for helping our staff down the path of
accreditation.”
- P. Verdicchio, LEED AP, SEC Planning
“Alex’s teaching style is concise yet engaging. He has a wide breadth
of knowledge about the LEED rating system and is eager to pass this
along to his students. His class was a valuable learning tool that
helped me pass the LEED exam on my first try.” - Karen Buse, LEED AP,
Architect
“Alex Spilger’s practical knowledge and first-hand experience make him
an engaging and effective LEED instructor. The real-world examples
provided in class opened up the full range of challenges and
opportunities for building under LEED guidelines in ways that the
reference guide alone could not. I highly recommend Alex as an
instructor.” - Maureen Ladley, LEED AP, Real Estate Strategy Consultant
“I just took the exam and passed with a score of 181! As an architect
and attorney, I’m a veteran of many licensing exams and associated prep
classes. I must tell you, your course is one of the very best I’ve
taken. It was very concise and well focused, with great exam-specific
content. I was able to prepare effectively solely from the materials
you provided. I would heartily recommend your course to anyone hoping
to obtain a passing score. Many thanks.” - R. Reiss, esq. AIA NCARB
